Dr. Dan Yamini is a board-certified surgeon, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and highly experienced aesthetic surgeon who has dedicated more than two decades to advancing the art and precision of plastic surgery. Training & Experience
A Southern California native raised in Westlake Village, Dr. Yamini demonstrated academic excellence early in life, graduating as valedictorian of Westlake High School before attending Stanford University, where he earned dual degrees in Biology and Psychology.
He later completed an intensive six-year general surgery residency at UCLA and became board certified in General Surgery. During this time, he trained extensively in trauma, oncology, and complex reconstructive surgery — experiences that established the strong technical and surgical foundation that continues to shape his aesthetic work today.
Dr. Yamini went on to complete a two-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency under internationally recognized craniofacial surgeon Ian Jackson, followed by advanced cosmetic surgery training in Hollywood focused exclusively on aesthetic procedures.
In 2003, Dr. Yamini established his private practice in Beverly Hills, where he has treated patients from across the country for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, he has remained deeply focused on evolving surgical techniques that optimize both aesthetic outcomes and patient safety. He is particularly passionate about the technical artistry behind plastic surgery and continuously refines his methods to produce elegant, balanced, and long-lasting results.
Dr. Yamini has been an active member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the The Aesthetic Society for over two decades.
